Q: Why can’t I log into my Facebook account?

A: Check your internet connection on the phone, also verify that you’re using the correct username/password. Multiple login attempts can result in your Facebook account being disabled by Facebook. If this happens just wait for 15-30 minutes and try again!

Q: Why do I get Forced Close (FC) error?

A: Android phones have limited memory reserved for image processing. You can get FC error if you’re uploading multiple hi res photos at the same time. If this happens, you can wait for about 15-30 seconds for the phone to free up some memory and try again, or you can change the Photo Optimization setting to normal or low and that should fix your problem.

Q: How do I improve the uploading speed on slower connections (EDGE, G ..etc)?

A: You can click Menu on the main screen, then select Settings and change the Photo Optimization to lower setting. (Note: if you use the Best setting, the application might skip some photo while uploading if you’re using an older android phone)

Q: Why don’t my videos show up after I upload them?

A: When adding videos to the upload queue, you will see the limitation notice at the bottom. You can increase the length and size of your video by verifying with Facebook. Please see facebook.com on how to verify your account. Also large size videos will take a few minutes to show up on Facebook server as they have to prepare the videos for end users.

Q: Why can’t I select multiple photos at once?

A: This is due to Android’s Gallery limitation. In order to work around this, a complete Gallery needs to be built. This is being worked on and will be added sometimes in the future updates
