Q: I can hear sounds, but why can’t I see the video?
A: The video was probably encoded in a different format that is not supported by your Android Device
Q: Why doesn’t the thumbnail show up after I bookmarked/downloaded a video?
A: Some videos don’t have thumbnails available. This will be addressed in the next update!
Q: Why does it take a while before the videos begin to play?
A: It takes sometimes to buffer the video for a smooth play after you click on Watch. Videos that have been downloaded (saved) will play immediately!
Q: Why can’t I log into Facebook?
A: Please double check your email address and your password to your facebook account. FaceVideo does not store your email address/password for Facebook, it authenticates through the browser, so make sure you enter everything correctly!
